Hi, I'm Alex, otherwise known as GrumpyChap, a solo "vibe coding" creator using AI to make apps which are useful to me, and hopefully others. I built Rollover to help me manage daily tasks in a way that best suits my needs, and I hope this concept is useful to you too.

In addition to Rollover, I also created AI LingoPlay, enabling users to practice their language skills through role‑playing realistic daily scenarios with life‑like AI characters.

What makes Rollover different from other to‑do apps?
Rollover focuses on one simple thing: a single daily list that automatically carries unfinished tasks forward. No faffing with groups, labels or complexity, just simplicity. I made this app to suit the way I manage my own tasks and I hope others find it useful.
Is Rollover free?
Yes, Rollover is free to download and use. It is ad-funded, but for a nominal in-app purchase, ads can be removed forever.
Are tasks stored locally or in the cloud?
Tasks are stored locally on your device. Rollover does not yet sync with any cloud service. However, a premium tier is planned for the future which will enable tasks to be synced across devices.
What devices is Rollover available on?
The first release is available for iPhone and iPad, which can also be used on Silicon Macs. A web based app and Android app are planned for the near future.
Can I reorder or reschedule tasks?
Absolutely. Drag‑and‑drop to reorder. Move items between days or schedule into the future when you need to plan ahead.
Is Rollover made by a company?
Nope. Rollover is made by me, a solo vibe coding developer and I would love to hear from you with your feedback, ideas and suggestions.
